Customer service/cash back

Can anyone please tell me how plusnet has an industry award for customer services? I am waiting for the email to claim cash back , offered to me by plusnet when making an enquiry about their services. Broadband and phone went live 26/10/17 no problems. Supposed to be 10 days then I would receive email for link to cash back. Phoned customer services this evening waited 30 minutes then cut off , live chat not available. I’ve noticed that a lot of people are having this problem Why !!!!!!

Further to last post. Would plusnet be in breach of contract if they failed to pay promised cash back , as this is the main reason I signed up in the first place.

I never received the email and realised I'd not had my cashback.

Chased this up last week and was told as I didn't claim within 2 months I forfeited my right to cashback.

After 5 days Im still waiting for a manager to call me back.

Not doing anyone proud

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I'm sorry to hear of your experience.

From looking at your account I understand this has very recently been resolved and we're sending your cashback straight to the card you used to pay your initial invoice? I'd expect it to land within the next 3-5 working days.

Well , 4th working day . Nothing so far, so should expect payment tomorrow? Maybe.

I chased after my cashback for over a year just got fobbed off with different excuses like oh we sent it, then oh we cant find your address, so said there send to my friends address that referred me, nope still never recieved ,they were always never getting back to me to then be told no you cant have it as its been too long total liers so forget about ever getting the cashback its just a con to get you to join.

Can you remember when you called us to chase this up?
