Customer Login Page Failure?

I've been trying to log into my account and I'm getting the following message when I do
"Invalid username or password. Please try again."
I don't see how thats possible due to
A) I've not changed my password for plusnet
B) I'm still connected to Plusnet via my Router, which if the password (which as far as I know is the same login details as my account) was wrong I wouldn't be conneted.
C) Even if my Password has been changed (I don't see how) I've not had an e-mail about. Plus I'm still receiving mail via my e-mail client (which again uses the same account login)
Anyone know why? is the Account page broken ?

Hiya,
We're experiencing a blip on our internal CRM.  I suspect that the two are linked.
Hopefully if you try again a bit later it should be fine.

Having the same problem, I can log in to webmail but not my account and both use the same password, someone at Plusnet towers needs to put some money in the meter.
