Hello there,
Sorry to hear about that. If you're just wanting to talk about cancelling, the Customer Options/Retention Team have a direct number at 0845 140 6002 - Alternatively: 0330 123 9197 - They're even available today from 9am to 5:30pm, otherwise Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm
The alternative cancellation option is to write a letter.
Cancelling your direct debit, doesn't cancel your account.
Cheers,
Matt
