I am currently on Plusnet Premium (120GB ADSL @£15.99/month). My last day for this billing month is Saturday 5th January, with the next month starting on the 6th. The fibre has been given a preliminary date of the 14th January, but what about the time between the 6th and the 14th? Can I be moved to the cheaper Unlimited ADSL package for that period? I see that there is an "Unlimited" product pending on my Products & Services page, but it's not clear if this is for Fibre or ADSL. Edit: the change to Unlimited successfully took effect this morning.
Hi CX, Glad the change went through - there's Unlimited variants for both Fibre and ADSL. As for upgrading once Fibre has activated, I believe that happens as soon as the Fibre order completes so you should be alright there as well (if you're ordering fibre?)
