Current support tickets visible, but can't start a new one

Plusnet have asked me to contact them regarding a new account detail, I can phone them or raise a support ticket.
They gave me the url portal.plus.net/wizard/, but I can't spot anything that would allow me to raise a new ticket. There are a couple of current ones to do with the setup. What am I missing?
