Current contract ending -been offered a deal by email that is not on the account?

Hi to all at Plusnet,

 

Did try ringing but encouraged to ask online. Our current broadband/tv/calls/bt sport contract is ending shorlty and we were sent a email recently that contained an offer that is not available on our account page?
