Current broadband member joined phone but no referral will be paid...

Confused.
I joined PN as a broadband customer earlier this year. I then, a couple of weeks ago, after glowing reports from my broadband referrer, joined Anytime+. I raised a ticket stating that I was referred to the Anytime+ by my referrer and, after some bantering, I received the following from Kevin Scott:
They will get the extra discount once the home phone service has been transferred to us.
However, my referrer has been told that he will NOT get the referral discount on this.
Can anyone clarify this please.
I am PSU333 and my referrer is DAVIDCORKE.

Hi Peter,
If you were referred as a broadband customer and you subsequently added Anytime Plus, then your referrer should certainly get the discount for it.
I've also checked your referrers account and he is getting tokens for your home phone service.
