Current billing period is TWO months long

I posted a ticket earlier today but while waiting for a reply I thought I'd ask if anyone has seen this ?
My billing period is normally monthly on the 4th of the month eg:
04 Aug - 03 Sep
04 Sep - 03 Oct
However it appears my current billing period is:
Oct 04 2011 - Dec 03 2011
The billing period didn't restart on the 4th November.
According to my bank our monthly direct debit went out as usual.
There was also a message saying the usage was reset but it appears not to have been.
PS: Looks like I have same problem as this poster..

I can confirm that this has now been resolved as of yesterday.
