In January 2019, I negotiated a discount of £9.98 a month on my broadband charges in exchange for recontracting for 12 months. I then received and paid two bills where this discount was not applied before bringing it to the attention of staff on the forum in March 2019. As a result, a refund of £19.96 was given and from then on the discount has been correctly applied.
I thought the matter was settled, but I've just checked my latest bill and my account has been credited with the sum of £19.96. As I've already received a refund for the previously incorrect bills, I'm not entitled to this credit and would appreciate it if it could be investigated.
