Credit not shown on account
We agreed that you would make a credit to my account due to problems with it. In part this was because of problems with the account which meant that all calls to mobiles were not included in the package until 1May.
I have now been sent a reminder that I have spent £36 odd on calls to mobiles this month and that there will be a charge if I go over the credit limit.
I cannot see where the credit has been added to the account. This should cover the cost of mobile calls made so far. Please advise.
