Credit for downtime

Do I need to contact CS to apply for credit on my broadband bill or is it done automatically? My broadband was down for over 5 days earlier this month. Thanks.

Good afternoon @pkw

As far as I know PlusNet have not signed up to the automatic scheme see below

Just wonder why

So you have to contact them

Re: Credit for downtime

Thanks @Anonymous

I think you were meant to say "you don't have to contact them"?

Also, I note there's an exception due to coronavirus.

On the list of providers, there's BT but not Plusnet. I know PN is owned by BT but I'd think it would be listed as a separate provider?
