Hi Team, I was promised some credit because when I moved I was without broadband and phone for around a fortnight, despite raising the tickets in plenty of time to transfer the service before the move took place. I have just checked the bill for this month and I have not received a credit. Also I was receiving a £5 per month discount prior to the move, but this appears to have disappeared too. Hi potatan, I'm really sorry you weren't refunded for the downtime during your housemove. I've rectified this now and issued the refund to cover you for 2 weeks of services. I've confirmed the amount on Ticket: 84883171 I have also had a look and can confirm that the £5 discount has not been removed. Can you advise how it appears that this has disappeared?
