After leaving plusnet in August 2019 My final bill dated 01/10/2019 shows a -£27.98 balance.
When will I receive this refund and will it be refunded via cheque. I closed the direct debit to stop plusnet taking any more money from my account.

I'm sorry to hear that you are due a refund and haven't received this as of yet. Cancelling Direct debits can stop final fees being refunded to our customers. Manual intervention can then be required to get this sent via cheque.
