Quick question, does making payments late to Plusnet effect my credit rating?
My payment date is annoyingly set to around the 20th of each month, this is a week or two before my pay day. I have asked Plusnet customer services to change my payment date as the 1st of the month would be ideal and no payments would be late but i have been advised that this is not possible for some reason.
The customer service representative advised me that i can miss the payment and pay when i'm ready with no disruption of service, quote;

Question is though, is my credit rating effected by doing this?
