Credit Note

I bought then returned the PLA when I signed up for PNTV. I have in my account a credit note for £40.
Does that mean it will be knocked off the next bill(s) or will it be returned to my bank account?

The cost was refunded and should already be back with you.

Interesting it's not showing in our account Chris and I've checked from the day I was told there was a credit 25 Aug.
Can you check when it left PNs account?

It was refunded to a card rather than DD, hopefully that'll help track it down.

Yep found it thanks - I find it strange it went out from the bank account and refunded to the CC?
I checked my PN account this morning and it says you have no card details????
Still it's accounted for now thanks Chris.

This'll be because it was refunded off your Line Rental Saver payment, which I believe that you used card for.
