Could someone check my order is progressing ok?

Hi, I placed an order with you yesterday but I've received no email correspondence about my order, payment etc.., is this normal? It's still at the stage "We're processing your order" and "We are now preparing your account. We will send you an email confirmation once your account is ready to use" . My .plus.com email as been set up and I can log in to view my account online. Please can someone take a look to make sure all is going through has I've heard some people have had problems when changing from one FTTC service provider to another FTTC provider,  just want to make sure all is fine.

Hi there,
If it's an LLU Fibre provider (Sky or TalkTalk etc)  then there likely will be problems I'm afraid. I'm assuming that's the case?
EDIT: I've checked your MAC with our provisioning team and in your case it'll go through fine I'm happy to say Smiley
