Could a member of staff please contact me RE: Contract End Date

Hi there,

 

I would like to know when my Plus Net contract end date is.

 

I am a business customer currently on the FTTP Trial provided by Plus Net, however my circumstances have recently changed and ideally I now require more bandwidth.

Unfortunately, 80 / 20 is the fastest service that Plus Net provide on the FTTP Trial so I may have to switch to a different provider. But I would like to know whether I am still in contract with Plus Net and if so what early cancellation charges I would be looking at if I were to switch to another provider at this stage.

Jim,

You're best off when asking account specific is to raise a support question.

A member of staff may reply, but it'll be on your account. These kind of questions are better kept off a public forum. Just to be careful really.

I thought this may be the case but I couldn't see anywhere to raise a support question (and I'm supposed to be an IT Expert Cheesy )

 

Any clue on where I go to raise a question? I'm probably just being blind, lol

Indeed - the ticket system is still available to business users.

Given the fibre technology is what it is, higher speed ought simply to be a matter of changing the line configuration. What is offered is a marketing not technical decision. Guess that you must have been on the trial for a long time as the trial is no longer available to new business users.
