Correcting address on Openreach database

Recently joined Plusnet and we had issues with address mismatch due to old house name still in BT system. Can you please help us rectify?

I checked BT’s Openreach and they still list our old house name, we had to frig the system when we joined you then changed it to correct one with Plusnet recently. However can you help us update the BT one like you have for others?

We've raised a request to the OpenReach Data Integrity (ORDI) robot to update the records of your line.

These type of requests are usually resolved within 3-5 working days.

Hi Matthew,

my address with openreach is not listed even though the Plusnet account address is correct.

So would like Plusnet to sent an request to the OpenReach Data Integrity [ORDI] Robot to update my address on their systems.
