Correcting address on Openreach database

Switching from Sky. Had a text from plusnet to say OpenReach ORDI Request was needed and to contact Sky. Frustrating few calls with Sky. They eventually decided it was down to plusnet.

Others seem to have got fixed on here. Anyone able to help?

No problems. It looks like the problem is with porting your telephone number from your previous provider. I'm getting this investigated by Openreach. I'll be back in touch as soon as we have more info.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
