Contract

Hi, I joined Plusnet on the 4/4/09 on an 18 month contract, however been told lately the 18 month contract has now been abolished, is it the same in my case cause if so i am going to look for another internet provider, despite having connection problems with Aol over the 6 years i was with them i never ever had the speed problems i have had in the last 12 months with Plusnet and for £16.33 a month is is over twice what i was paying for Aol. Please can someone confirm if the contract no longer exists and also a telephone number for me to ring to cancel Plusnet...Thanks Colin

Re: Contract

you are on a 1 month contract with 10 days notice on a residential account, , bit if you have any deferred items, router, house move activation fee, you might have to pay for them
