I got a email other week offering me renew contract at a good price. I list it and now I can’t get it as what on my account is higher. Can anyone here help pls as I am deaf and calling can be awkward

@rooky Log into your account first then click on the offer in the email. You may then find that forces the system to take up the lower offer you’ve received
