Hi and this is going to sound really silly - but how/where can I find out if I'm on a contract or not?

Login to your account, click on Go to Manage Account, then Account Details, and Account Summary
On the row for your Broadband product, in the Cost column it should show £xx.xx (upon cancellation)
The cost figure will reduce every month by the monthly cancellation fee, and will be zero when your contracted period has ended

Not sure if it has updated or not, I just came off webchat after negotiating a new contract. Can you tell me if I can get an email giving the prices for the new contract? I just got an email saying its to confirm my new contract of 24 months but it doesn't say how much I'm paying. I don't have a copy of the total anywhere so how can I prove what was said in web chat? TY!
