Contract up,can't get through to negotiate.

My contract is up,I want to renew on an agreed package but even on a Sunday morning all the lines have an hours wait,this is ridiculous. What can be done?

i wouldnt bother

 

run away while u can, there is so many issues atm id rather pay more elsewhere

Perhaps calling the sales team (always a very short wait) and saying you want to leave will concentrate their minds.

Apologies for the wait times you've been experiencing when trying to get through to discuss re-contracting.

 

The best advise I can give is to call our Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 and select the option for thinking of leaving as this team will be able to provide the best offer on a new contract.

 

Although there is still likely to be some sort of wait to get through, the queue is generally smaller than the queue for Customer Service.
