Hi there, I got an email to say about my contract ending but I cannot contact anyone to discuss. I've tried phoning twice and on both occasions it says try phoning back later or tomorrow. I have since agreed to join sky but would like to discuss with plusnet first, it is crazy that plusnet will loose customers simply because there is nobody to answer the calls but I can phone sky with no issues.
