Hi, I want to find out the date that my contract starts and ends. I can't find a written contract anywhere either in the communication Plusnet sent to me through the post or on my online account.
I have a Broadband account with Plusnet and Line Rental one too. They emailed to say when the line rental contract is coming to an end but I can't find any information about the Broadband. They were both 12 month contracts and I took them out at the same time so can I assume they start and end on the same day?
It seems strange that such a straightforward piece of information should be so difficult to track down. Knowing me it is right under my nose! If anyone can point me in the right direction I'd be hugely grateful.
