Contract renewed but no discount applied

I renewed the Broadband contract months before but until today the promised discount at the renewal is not applied to the billing.

As a result, I have been overcharged for months, please can you help.

I'm sorry to see your discounts haven't been applied. From what I can see your new contract was stuck but I've fixed this for you now and I've refunded the overcharges. I've also emailed you under the ticket ref 215169969 with more information.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role within Plusnet.
