Hello I just renewed my contract this evening by phone, on checking my account details I see the first payment is tomorrow, I have already paid this months bill on the 7/4 ( the 8th of the month is my usual date) why would I be billed double and is this likely to happen again next month, I would phone but lines close at 8pm?
