Contract renewal

My contract is up for renewal and I have a "Special Offer" in my account which I want to take up but upon going through the links it just takes me around in circles. I have spoken to someone in "support" and they say my offer doesn't exist? How can I get this resolved?

Can you send us a screenshot of the offer that you have?

Thanks a lot Ian, that does seem fine. Have you tried deleting your browser's cookies and temporary internet files to see if that helps? 

 

If that doesn't help let me know and I can have a word with sales, confirm that deal and get someone to give you a call to go through the lineup.
