Hi, i have just renewed my contract and would like some clarification on when i will be charged, will it be on the same date as my previous contract? I just want to make sure i wont be charged when my renewal offer is accepted as i have only just paid for my previous month. Also the renewal offer stated a £50 cashback, but i see no information on this after accepting the renewal offer,
Your billing date should remain the same however you may see pro-rata charges for both your old and new product on your next bill. You can change the billing date via the Member Centre or by calling us on 0800 432 0200.
