Hi,
I requested a contract renewal over a week ago, and this now seems 'stuck' in the system: It hasn't updated, and the web page says "Account change in progress" so I can't change anything.
This now means I have been charged the out-of-contract rate within the last few days.
Please can this be fixed, and my account refunded for the difference due to this not being actioned on the plus.net side.
