I renewed my contract last month after recieving an email from plusnet but it has not happened.
my price should have gone down from from £42.99 to £37.99 and my speed gone from unlimited fibre to unlimited fibre extra but this has not happened.
In my account it lists my services as
Unlimited UK & Mobile Call
but my contract services as
Fixed price - Unlimited Fibre Extra
phone plusnet last week and told this would be sorted but nothing changed, can someone help?
