Contract renewal gone wrong

can you help?

I renewed my contract last month after recieving an email from plusnet but it has not happened.

my price should have gone down from from £42.99 to £37.99 and my speed gone from unlimited fibre to unlimited fibre extra but this has not happened.

In my account it lists my services as

Unlimited UK & Mobile Call

Line Rental

Unlimited Fibre


but my contract services as

Fixed price - Unlimited Fibre Extra

phone plusnet last week and told this would be sorted but nothing changed, can someone help?

I'm sorry you are having trouble with your latest invoices despite agreeing a specific price with us on upgrade. Please accept my sincerest apologies for the frustration caused.
