Contract renewal - Unlimited Fibre Extra

Hello,

My Unlimited Fibre Extra contract is due to expire end of this month and I could not renew it online.

I was wondering if someone from Plusnet could renew my contract with the current 12-month offer at £24.99 a month or direct me to a URL where I can do it myself.

Hi @pnacc,

I'm sorry to hear you've had problems when attempting to renew online. I'm afraid that we can't renew contracts via the Community Forums, so I would recommend getting in touch with our Customer Options Team, who can be reached on 0800 013 2632, between the hours of 8AM-8PM from Monday to Friday, 9AM-7PM on Saturdays and 9AM-6PM on Sundays.

Before you renew, have you seen the prices elsewhere?

 I was about to renew, but the page returned an error and i couldnt renew onlline. so im now looking elsewhere

 Origin offer it for £22.50/month if paid up front
