Not sure if anyones had a similar problem or Plusnet staff need to answer ...
Been out of contract for over 2.5 years .... on Adsl Unlimited and pay just under £31 a month .
I logged into my account and click the offers/ upgrades button where it displays the fibre packages etc ... the attachment shows my current package and out of contract price of £19.99
My question is how come Ive not been moved to that price yet am paying £30.98 for a few years . As it'd add up to a few hundred quid owed to me if this is the case
Only looks like Ive been overcharged unless im missing something
Any help would be great but assuming maybe plusnet staff have to answer this
