Hi, I received an email on Dec with new contract price £31.99 per month (66MB unlimited fiber extra) and renewed. I have been plusnet user for many years and thought plusnet will give loyal customer competitive price and that is why I renewed without second thought. But now I found out this is over priced. For new customer, it is only £24.99 and plus £60 reward card. Even with BT broadband at same speed, it is £29.99. The new contract is a penalty and unfair to existing customer. I am very unhappy with this over priced contract and should have left plusnet for other supplier.
