Contract period confusion and possible changes, ticket needed
I have some questions to direct to Plusnet but can't find how to make a support ticket.
Can anyone direct me to the link please?
The basics are I have normal broadband under contact that I thinki lasts 18 months.
I can't have fibre apparently as there are no connections
I have anytime calls on the home number and of course line rental.
I may need to change that due to pending retirement.
