Hello,
can you please tell me where I can find details of my account contract? I can see from the account details page that I 'joined plusnet' on 24 Apr 2016. But it doesn't tell me the contract length, and what penalties there may be if I terminate early.
It appears that new contracts are 18 months. If so then I interpret that page as meaning there will be no penalties if I leave.
But I cannot find a link to any document that lays down the legal contract between myself and Plusnet.
PLEASE NOTE: I'm not looking for a page that shows all your terms and conditions (which may include services I don't use and are therefore not relevant). I AM LOOKING for THE contract between me and you; the unique document that lays down my (and your) legal commitments.
