Contract length

Can I check how long I have left on my BB contract? I have been to the members centre and can only see that I am "contracted".

Re: Contract length

the only way you can do it is to go to https://portal.plus.net/my.html?s=0&action=account_summary and look at the start date if you can remember the contract length or the amount to cancel if you can't and work it out from the cancellation charges

Re: Contract length

I've been waiting 64 hours for a reply to what I thought was a simple question about my account... And I notice that the average closure time here: http://www.plus.net/supportpages.html?a=212&helpheader=rhmcallstats hasn't been updated since Monday morning.
