Contract length after House Move

Hi,
I'm just wondering where it states in PlusNet's T&Cs  that after a house move, that I will tied to another 12 Month contract? I have just tried grabbing a MAC code but have been told I would have to stump up £65 for the house move.
I am out of what I thought was my original 12 month contract.

The cost of a house move is £65. See Table 5 in the Price Guide here. However the cost of one house move per 12 months can be deferred and written off if you stay for 12 months House Move Guide. It becomes payable if you don't stay for 12 months.
