Contract issue - Internet now not working


We originally asked for our contract to end today however rang plusnet on 19th march to cancel the cancellation of the contract due to the coronavirus outbreak but we now have no internet. I have tried to ring plusnet but they don't seem to be taking any calls. We URGENTLY need the internet reinstated as we had asked for on 19th march.

Please can someone from plusnet get back to me ASAP
