Good Morning

My Plusnet contact is due to expire in April (broadband & line retal). I would like to upgrade to fibre as my standard broadband speed is so slow & has been pretty much since my contract started. I have my mobile plan with EE and they are offering £23 per month fibre, including set up. Is this something Plusnet could price match? Plusnet are offering me £29.99 per month to renew my contact & upgrade to fibre.

Hi there Donna, we can't promise a price match I'm afraid but it would definitely be worth having a chat with our customer options team to see what the best deal we can offer is for an upgrade to fibre. I can arrange for someone to give you a call about that if you like? - Adam
