Contract ending - when do I get my email and review?

Only 2 weeks to end of contract. Surely I should have had a reminder by now, and the plan review. I need to compare whatever plusnet are offering with alternative providers.

The end of contract account review is only applicable for contract terms that started after August 2018 I’m afraid. If you want to discuss a new deal our customer options team on 0800 013 2632 will be happy to help Smiley
From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

As far as I’m aware we’ve already implemented this last year, it’s just that our fixed price contracts/account review only applies to new contract terms as opposed to backdating on existing ones. I’d expect anyone to have started a 12 month contract in August 2018 to receive a reminder within a couple of months.
