Contract ending soon

I have 1 month left of an 18 month contract for unlimited fibre + phone, will my fibre stay at £19.99 a month after my contract has expired?

Also would i have any options to save money if i was to re-sign for another contract ?

Just wondering

cheers

Re: Contract ending soon

Hey St3, nice seeing you in the new world Wink

Your price will stay the same, on a month to month contract.

Give our chaps in Customer Options a call though and hopefully we should be able to drop the price a little bit: 08000132632

Re: Contract ending soon

I'm on same contract , same price ......just called options team - & told price would be going up next month..........offered a 24 month contract with a reduced discount ........disappointing.

I know I shouldn't be thinking this......... but Vodafone's cheap home fibre offer is looking more attractive...........yes I am aware of Vodafone's "legendary" customer service

Re: Contract ending soon

Ive not contacted them yet as id like to see how things go on this new network, but overall i dont have any complaints with plusnet. If i can get my phone and fibre cheaper then ill prob stick around but if im told its going to jump in price then i may shop around.

Let us know what you do and if you get a better offer.....

I would love a 52/10 package to be launched.........always thought 75/20 was a little more than i needed

Re: Contract ending soon

They offered to save me £5 a month .... i would have been happy with 8 quid off for signing into another 24 month deal, guess ill see what other offers are knocking around.

Re: Contract ending soon

It's worth keeping in mind that the £5 off per month for the duration of the 24 months would work out better than our current new sign-up offer (£10 off per month for 6 months) on that package Wink

Re: Contract ending soon

Its a nice offer but I know of other customers getting 18 month deals, and looking around the the net atm theres lots of 12 to 18 month deals.

Re: Contract ending soon

We can offer more discounts on longer contracts when customers are thinking of re-contracting. I'm sure there will be some sort of 18 month contract available, but I wouldn't know what the discounts would be like on that. I'm also unsure if they'd be able to include the discounts they offered against your call plan if you were only opting for an 18 month contract.

Re: Contract ending soon

personally if I were in your position I would first shop around, use quidco and topcashback and see what their cashback for different isp companys and get cashback, if you still haven't been offered a retention  deal
