Fix

Hello @jockwav,

Thanks for getting in touch. We would recommend contacting our Customer Options on 0800 013 2632, as they are the best people to speak to about this.

Opening Times:

08:00 - 20:00 Monday to Friday

09:00 - 19:00 Saturday

09:00 - 18:00 Sundays

Alternatively, you could private message me a contact number, along when best time to contact you and I will organise a call back.

Re: Contract ending,again

@jockwav

Go onto comparison websites and find the cheapest deal going. Then ring Plusnet and select the 'I am thinking of leaving' option. Tell them that you are leaving unless they match the competitors price. You will get a far better deal this way. It's sad but that's the way these things work unless you're happy to pay top wack.

Re: Contract ending,again

You do not have to accept PlusNET’s first offer ... just say you’ll go away and think about it against other options ... call back another day and get a different offer.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
