Can anyone tell me how to find out when my broadband contract ends? doesn't seem to be any information under my account online.

I have the same request for my contract renewal date which does not seem to be anywhere on my account details. I did try to use 'chat' but changes to the accounts system seem to be making that information unavailable for the last few hours.

I had to phone them up. on hold 10 mins, turns out I was out of contract so I signed up again for 18 months for a £10 a month reduction.
