Contract end date and broadband charge

I've been with plusnet since last August but our service only went live mid September, I was wondering when my contract is actually ending. I also took up the free broadband offer and would like to know when I have to start paying as I would like to find a better deal to avoid  paying £10 a month for 2-3Mb. I haven't had ang problems with plusnet it's just a value for money thing

I picked up this link from another forum question. It gives me my details, so as long as you are logged in when you go to it, it should give you yours....
