Wouldn't it be a good idea for contract durations to correspond. I paid line rental saver in July and then renewed my phone and broadband package a few months later. The billing systems got confused at my renewal and incorrectly turned off line rental saver causing me to be overcharged for line rental. Why aren't contracts the same length and renewed at the same time to avoid this problem? Also why don't Plusnet advise you in advance that you line rental saver is about to expire?

Hi @ JudgePeter, Sorry for late response. I can confirm we send out line rental renewal reminders 60 days before this expires via email. Line rental can only be done for 12 month periods. If you have any issues with your account or the contracts are not in line please drop us pm with your account username so we can investigate for you.
