Contract changed to fibre from full fibre Jan 10th, billed incorrectly

Hi, so I changed my contract from full fibre to just fibre on Jan 10th, I've just had my first bill or what I thought was my first bill however it's the full fibre bill for £54.95 Inc line rental which is double what i was paying even on the old contract. I haven't even got a phone
line anymore, it should be £24.99 on the new contract. They not changed to the new contract on the bill even though I'm getting the new lower speed and no phone line. Should I call them up tomorrow? I'm not paying that much that's for sure. Help would be greatly appreciated 🙂
