Contract change is stuck and I've been overcharged.

Hi all,

Back in June I got an email to say my contract was coming to an end and my charges would go up to 41.75.

I was happy with my package so clicked the 'renew my contract now' link in the email and went through that process and then thought nothing more of it.

I recently noticed that Plusnet is now charging me 41.75 as if I was out of contract, so I logged into my account and the first thing I see is:

"You can't change your products for the moment, you already have a product change in progress."

It seems as though my renewal didn't happen/got stuck? I can't find any email that the contract was renewed, so not sure if I've deleted it or I never got one.

How do I go about getting this sorted and the money I've been overpaying refunded?
