Contract at an end- do i qualify for the new customer offers?

My 18 month 76mb fibre contract ended a while ago and im still paying £19.99 for it. can i renew and get it for £8.99  for six months . This was one of the reasons i left Sky - not being offered the same as new customers. thanks

Ring the Customer Options Team and ask for a better deal.  Don't ask for 8.99 for six months & 19.99 for 12 though! 
Just see what they offer, you may be very surprised - I was...

Hope they do better than BT! I contacted them and they said the best that they could do was to keep me on the same package but charge me more if I wanted the new home hub....hence why I'm now here lol.
